SESSION FEE / PAYMENTS
Due to the limited slots and back to back booking, mini session deposit fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. Your session fee includes 1 photography session, a minimum of 10 digitally edited images, online gallery with access to download your high resolution images.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Please note that your session deposit fee is non-refundable. In the event that you cancel your portrait session after it has been scheduled, no refund of your session deposit will be made to you. However, as we understand that schedules may change, in the event that you need to reschedule your session and you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, you may be moved to the next available time slot if one is available. If you are unable to attend your Mini Session, you are welcome to gift or re-sell it to a friend or family member.
If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full.
Your images will be ready to view within two weeks of your session. Your finished images will be available via email link for download from your online gallery. The gallery will close after 30 days.
MINI-SESSION DETAILS AND POLICIES
Mini-Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, any client that is late to their session, will lose that time from their session. To avoid this, Clients should intend to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their session start time. Megan Marie Company will use this time wisely to capture the best possible images in the allowable time frame. This will include entire family posed and candid images, images of siblings together, images of children individually, and parents together, as long as time allows.
